Bellingham is a charming town close to the North Tyne river. There is much of interest to visitors to this market town, which is often described as the 'Capital' of the North Tyne Valley. There is a heritage centre and interesting 12th Century church in the town, a 30ft waterfall just to the north and the Northumberland National Park is on the doorstep. Visit Kielder Water, Hardian's Wall, Cragside NT house or the lovely beaches and castles of the Heritage Coast.
