Upper Lodge is a detached, single storey cottage in a rural location, three miles from Morfa Nefyn on the Lleyn Peninsula. This cottage sleeps seven people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with open fire, a sitting room with woodburning stove and double sofa bed and a snug with single sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and a mature woodland garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue. Upper Lodge is in an ideal location for exploring Pwllheli, Abersoch and sandy beaches. This detached cottage is set three miles from Morfa Nefyn and sleeps seven people in two bedrooms.

Fuel, power and fuel for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Mature woodland garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: The cottage is fed by unfiltered spring water and is not suitable for drinking. Bottled water should be used for drinking. Note: There is a steep drop in the garden to the path, and there is a stream opposite, children should be supervised at all times. Note: There is restricted door access into the king-size bedroom. Note: The cottage is located on the Boduan Estate which is used for game shooting during the season (October 1st to February 1st) and occasionally for clay pigeon shooting.

Morfa Nefyn is a coastal village on the north coast of the Lleyn Peninsula, and features a two mile stretch of sandy beach. The nearby town of Nefyn offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and is within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch.
