Ty'n Pwll House is a stone-built former farmhouse set 0.7 miles from the town of Nefyn on the Llyn Peninsula and is part of a group of two properties with a connecting door between them. This cottage sleeps nine people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, a single on a mezzanine landing and a ground floor family room with a double and bunk with en-suite wet room. The cottage also has two bathrooms, including one on the ground floor with a Jacuzzi bath, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburner and a conservatory. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars/boats, bike storage on request, a shared courtyard area and a shared, sloping lawned garden with decking and furniture. Ty'n Pwll House is a superb holiday home for families with sandy beaches only a five minute walk away and there are many other attractions nearby. Note: First floor bedrooms have low doors and sloping ceilings with limited access to the side of the bed, and single bed has low head height. Note: Fenced pond and deep tree line at bottom of garden, children to be supervised at all times. Note: There is a shared entrance for the properties but one also has a separate entrance at the rear to create two separate entrances.
