The cottage is in an elevated position, and has a king-size double bedroom and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom, kitchen, dining room with woodburner and a sitting room with gas fire and a sofa bed. Outside is a front, enclosed, level patio to sit and enjoy the views, and free parking can be found on a first come, first served basis, on the roadside just one minute walk away from the cottage (please speak to the owner directly regarding the permit). The Painter's Cottage is well placed for the amenities of Matlock Bath, and for all the attractions of the Peak District National Park. This terraced cottage in Matlock Bath sleeps up to five people in two bedrooms.

The popular Peak District towns of Matlock and Matlock Bath have long been attracting visitors to the area.
