Drumnadrochit is a Highland village close to Loch Ness, offering the Loch Ness Monster Exhibition, a shop and post office and several cafes/tearooms. Walking can be enjoyed on The Great Glen Way, a 73 mile path which runs through the village on its way to Inverness. Inverness itself is only 14 miles away, home to an array of facilities including shops, pubs and museums,while Culloden Battlefield at Culloden Moor (NT), is also within easy reach.
