Smuggler's Hide offers easy access to the sandy beach and village amenities, and is also a great base for visiting the wonderful coastline of this beautiful region. Cullenstown is a village on the beach conveniently situated a few minutes' drive from Carrick-on-Bannow, also known as Carrick, renowned for its traditional music festival & sessions, and Duncormick, with its thatched pub and scenic setting, Cullenstown has numerous sandy beaches and rural walks within easy reach. Half an hour by car will take you to the cliff top village of Rosslare with its panoramic views over the coastline, the historic town of Wexford with its narrow streets, world famous Opera House and quayside, and the port of New Ross, where you can experience life on an emigrant ship aboard the historic Dunbrody Famine Ship. The area is an ideal base for an action-packed holiday with great diving, angling, horse riding and coastal walks, or for simply touring this wonderful unspoilt part of Ireland.
