The former fishing village of Dornie in the West Highlands offers a shop, two pubs and the famous Eilean Donan Castle. Eilean Donan Castle has a visitors centre and restaurant, as well as wonderful views of the Loch. Kyle of Lochalsh, known as the gateway to the Isle of Skye is close by and has a range of shops, hotels and restaurants, as well as a busy harbour.
