The cottage also has a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with oil stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and enclosed, raised, lawned gardens with furniture and a barbecue. Rubawn is an ideal retreat for a family who wish to visit the many attractions that can be found in County Kerry. Note: The rear garden is raised and there are 2 steps to a raised section of the garden and 5 steep, garden steps with no hand rail, therefore, care should be taken and this property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
