The popular seaside village of Rhosneigr lies on the stunning west coast of Anglesey, famous for spectacular cliffs and expansive sandy beaches. The village has a rich and varied history that encompasses tales of smugglers, a 6th Century church, off-shore shipwrecks and as a fashionable holiday destination during the Edwardian era. Today the main draw is still its stunning sandy beaches that offer a safe haven for bathers and water sports enthusiasts, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK. Further afield on the island you will find Pili Palas Butterfly Farm, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Beaumaris Castle.
