Mountain View Lodge is located just outside the small town of Kilmacthomas in County Waterford. The cottage has five bedrooms, one double, one twin, two family rooms with a double and a single bed and en-suite shower, and one family room with two double beds and en-suite facilities making it suitable for up to fourteen people. There is also a family bathroom with a double shower and an open plan living area with a large, modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area for eight people, and two sitting areas one of which has an open fire. To the exterior is a lawned garden surrounding the cottage with outside furniture and a barbecue as well as plenty of off road parking. Mountain View Lodge has, as the name suggests, stunning views of the surrounding countryside and is a superb base for a large group of people to spend a relaxing holiday. This single storey detached house is able to sleep fourteen people in five bedrooms in the village of Kilmacthomas near to Waterford City on the south coast of Ireland.

The town of Kilmacthomas is set on the River Mahon in County Waterford. The town offers shops and bars, and is well known for the Mahon Falls, the picturesque waterfalls which lie just outside the town. Dungarvan, an attractive harbour town, has many amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as festivals and events throughout the year, and activities such as watersports on offer. Waterford city is the oldest city in Ireland, and has an arts centre, film and cultural festivals and a good choice of places to eat and drink.
