It has a good collection of small shops, lots of delicious places to eat, plenty of pleasant pubs and wide-open views of Loch Ness itself. Other points of interest include the Caledonian Canal which passes right by the village and there's also the Clansman Centre to look round. Top tourist spots like Fort William, Kingussie, Newtonmore and Inverness are all a quick drive away. Activities available close by include cycling, walking, golf and fishing so there's something for all the family.
