The cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car, shared use of a lawned garden and a private patio. Set in the Bylaugh Park Estate, Little Lodge 1 is a lovely holiday cottage for a quiet romantic holiday for two. This bungalow is located in the village of Bylaugh and can sleep two people.

The tiny hamlet of Bylaugh, noted for its Saxon round-towered church, is situated along the River Wensum between the villages of Swanton Morley and Bawdeswell. Both of these larger villages boast a shop and pubs that serve excellent food. Swanton Morley also has a butchers and delicatessen as well as a village bakery. Close by is the large market town of Dereham which provides a number of shops and supermarkets, a sports centre, cinema, church, museums, and the Mid Norfolk Heritage Railway. There is also a traditional weekly market held on Tuesdays and Fridays in the square. The city of Norwich is close by and is packed with quality bars and restaurants in addition to its impressive cathedral and castle.
