Outside there is off road parking for three cars, bike storage and a shared, south-facing, front lawned garden with patio, furniture and a barbecue and shared access to two acres of banked grounds. King Grove Cottage is a lovely holiday base. Note: There is a steep, uphill walk when returning from the pub. Note: Although this is a pet-free property, the owners have 2 dogs. Note: The property has its own private, untreated water supply from a spring. Note: There is limited mobile phone reception in the area.
