Just a mile away is Blackgang Chine, which offers 40 acres of lovely cliff top gardens that features numerous attractions, live shows, and rides for all ages. There are also a number of superb walks and scenic views to be had along the nearby coastal path, which stretches for 60 miles around the Island.
