This cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, consisting of two king-size doubles - one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a single, which is accessed from the landing and king-size en-suite room, a twin and a ground floor family room with one double and one single bed. The cottage also has a bathroom with corner bath, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a siting room with electric fire, a large landing with seating and a snug with children's bean bags and a double sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture and a paddock for ball games. Grove View Barn is an ideal holiday home for families who wish to explore the Herefordshire countryside, or the many villages and towns dotted around the area. The hamlet offers a farm shop and café and Pengethley Manor, which is surrounded by National Trust parkland and provides bar meals and fine dining. The market town of Ross-on-Wye has many Tudor timbered buildings, a 17th century Market Hall, individual shops, pubs and restaurants, and close by is the Royal Forest of Dean, Hereford and Hay-on-Wye.
