Situated in breathtaking countryside amongst the Berwyn Mountains and wooded hills and valleys is the village of Llangynog. The village has two pubs and is ideal for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling. Lake Bala is nearby and is perfect for fishing and watersports, and a ride on the lakeside steam railway. Lake Vyrnwy, with its RSPB centre and Llanrhaeadr Waterfall are well worth visiting. Llangynog is a wonderful base to experience the delights of the surrounding area and Snowdonia National Park.
