The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen leading into a sitting room with log burner, and a conservatory with dining area. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, along with off road parking for three cars. With a sandy beach just two minutes' walk away, and wonderful walking to be enjoyed on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, Fern Lea makes a great base for a seaside holiday in South Wales. Nolton Haven is a lovely seaside village on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, home to a sandy beach and country pub serving food. The local village riding school offers horse rides on the beach or through scenic countryside. There is plenty to see and do in Pembrokeshire with sandy beaches, historic castles wildlife and boat trips to the bird island of Skomer. The cathedral city of St. Davids is 10 miles away.
