Egton Cottage is a stone built cottage situated on the edge of the village of Ruswarp, very close to the coastal town of Whitby, in the North York Moors National Park. This all ground floor cottage sleeps two and has one double bedroom as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and a sitting/dining area. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking and large lawned areas with a sheltered courtyard. Egton Cottage is perfect for a romantic retreat and for exploring the breathtaking North York Moors countryside. This single story, stone built cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ruswarp, close to Whitby in the North York Moors National Park, and can sleep two people.

The village of Ruswarp is situated on the River Esk, just 1.5 miles from Whitby. The village has superb amenities, such as a pub, shop and butchers. Many walks can be found in the local area, such as The Esk Valley Walk that runs through the village. Ruswarp has excellent transport links with a regular bus and train services. Nearby, is the picturesque town of Whitby, which houses many amenities, cobbled streets, pretty houses and sandy beaches. Exploring the stunning North York Moors National Park is a must and the beautiful scenery is well worth seeing which makes Ruswarp is an excellent base to enjoy the area at any time of the year.
