For a winter break, this is a great location. With both the Cairngorms and Lecht Ski Centre on the doorstep, there are great opportunities for experienced skiers and snowboarders, as well as people looking to try out the sport for the first time. Despite the wide range of activities on offer, the area is still surprisingly peaceful and offers a great hide away for anybody looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
