Note: The rear patio overlooks a river with a high railed fence and a bolted gate with steps leading directly to the river edge, children to be supervised when gate unbolted. Note: The front lawned garden on the other side of the shared pathway has an unfenced fish pond, children need to be supervised. Note: Parking is at the top of the lawned front garden, with access either down steps into the garden or along the pathway. Note: Fishing licence is required to fish on the river.
