Bruadair is a Grade II listed, end-terrace cottage situated on the outskirts of the market town of Aberfeldy in Perthshire. This cottage set over three floors sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and two second floor twins, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with electric fire, and a sun room. Outside there is roadside parking, and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Bruadair is a superb cottage close to many walks, cycle routes, and attractions, such as Dewar's World of Whisky. The Perthshire market town of Aberfeldy is situated next to the River Tay in wonderful countryside. The town offers a number of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Walkers and cyclists are well catered for in this part of Scotland, with Aberfeldy on the Rob Roy Way and Cycle Route 7, plus whitewater rafting is available on the river.
