Brownber House is a stone-built cottage, attached to the owners' annexe home, 0.5 miles from the rural village of Newbiggin-on-Lune, 6 miles from Kirkby Stephen in Cumbria. This cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, consisting of one super king-size double and one double room, both of which have an en-suite shower room, two twin rooms and a single with pull-out stacker bed, as well as a bathroom and separate WC. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast table, leading to a dining room with open fire and double sofa bed and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off road parking, a small front gravel garden and a spacious, enclosed rear garden and woodland with furniture and barbecue. Brownber House is an ideal base for walks, cycle rides, fishing and birdwatching. This stone-built, semi-detached cottage is set on the outskirts of the village of Newbiggin-on-Lune in Cumbria and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.

Note: Due to livestock in the surrounding fields, pets must be kept under close control when outside the property. Note: The pull-out stacker bed from the single bedroom can also be used in one of the twin bedrooms. Note: Check-in after 4pm onwards.

The rural village of Newbiggin-on-Lune is situated between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and offers many traditional old dwellings. The nearby village of Ravenstonedale has three pubs, all serving fine ales and modern cuisine, and the area boasts many walking and cycling routes.
