The bustling town of Killarney lies in spectacular countryside, surrounded by stunning lakes and deep valleys in the South west of Ireland. The town is close to many natural attractions including the MacGillicuddy Reeks, Ireland's biggest mountain range, and there are a variety of outdoor activities for the holiday maker, including walking, cycling and fishing. Unspoiled beaches can be found within a half hour's drive, coupled with the town's excellent restaurants and traditional pubs, making this area a marvellous holiday destination. The National Park can be explored by the famous horse-drawn jaunting car, whilst the Ring of Kerry, vibrant town of Tralee and the magnificent Dingle Peninsula are in easy reach of Killarney. This is a great location with plenty of activities to keep everyone happy.
