Gurnard is an attractive small village by the coast, just over a mile from the well known sailing resort of Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Gurnard has a couple of shops, a pub, a cafe and restaurant, along with a sand and shingle beach. The Isle of Wight has great walking, golden beaches, Osborne House, the Needles and Blackgang Chine, all of which are easily accessible from Gurnard.
