There are two comfortable bedrooms here, one double and one family room with bunks and a single bed. The accommodation is set over the ground floor, meaning young and old alike can relax in front of the open fire or enjoy the lovely views over the Churnet Valley. One dog is welcome, and the owner even offers a dog-sitting service, allowing your four legged friend to enjoy long walks with you and then be fussed over while you indulge in a fine meal or quiet afternoon. The attractive garden is a nice spot for relaxing, and the area is well placed for Staffordshire, the Peaks and more. This delightful cottage in Moneystone, near the Churnet Valley, sleeps five people in two bedrooms, and offers accommodation all on one level.

Moneystone lies just south of the Peak District National Park, and the hamlet is surrounded by walking trails along country lanes, through valleys and over hills. Overlooking the Churnet Valley, this is a lovely spot for getting out and about, and cyclists have a choice of two former railway routes which now offer picturesque rides through lovely countryside. Amenities can be found in the nearby market towns of Ashbourne and Leek, while those who fancy a wilder day out will enjoy Alton Towers theme park, just a few miles away.
