Set along the head of a shallow inlet, the small, scattered parish of Adrigole is located in the scenic south coast of the Beara Peninsula. To the north is the Hungry Hill - the highest of the Caha mountains - and to the south is Bantry Bay, ideal for fishing, sailing and diving. With the Beara Way running through it, Adrigole is perfect for climbing, hill walking and mountain biking, offering visitors the chance to enjoy the incredible scenery up close. The Healy pass also offers great touring possibilities. In addition to the golf courses at Bantry, Glengarriff or Castletownbere, the vibrant city of Cork is within relatively easy reach and is home to Blackrock Castle, Cork Opera House and the old city Gaol, amongst other attractions.
