Local Area:
Waterville lays between Ballinskellings Bay and Lough Currane and is the main coastal area on the Ring of Kerry. The village offers one of the best 18 hole golf courses in Ireland, which lays right next to coast. There is also a glorious sandy beach and there are angling opportunities on the areas rivers or lakes. Also, walks are plentiful along the superb Kerry Way. Further afield; why not take a relaxing boat ride to the Skelligs, Beginish Island or Dingle. For souvenir shopping the lively town of Cahersiveen is only 10 miles away. This is a wonderful area and a fantastic base to explore the west coast of Kerry.
