With three bedrooms, a double with an en-suite, and two twin rooms, as well as a bathroom and open plan living area, it sleeps six comfortably. Outside, the decked veranda is home to a sunken hot tub overlooking one of the lakes, while there is also off road parking for two cars. Guests have access to on-site activities including jet skiing, wakeboarding, the indoor heated swimming pool, spa, gym, golf and fishing, and this cottage has its own private fishing pitch. 41 Duck Lake is a great lodge of a relaxing break, with the luxury of a hot tub. There is a 60 acre water skiing and wakeboarding lake, a 45 acre jet skiing lake, a 9 hole golf course, four lakes covering all aspects of coarse fishing, two bars, one with lake views, a restaurant, children's play area and on site supermarket. Lincoln is within easy travelling distance, with its cathedral, castle and shopping or spend a day exploring the coast, visiting nature reserves at Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point.
