Morriscastle Village, County Wexford is a collection of split level homes in a beautiful development, 1.5 miles from the village of Kilmuckridge. It includes an 18 hole Pitch and Putt course and it takes just 15 minutes to walk to the beautiful Morriscastle Blue Flag Beach which extends onto the nearby beaches of Curracloe and Ballinesker, famous for their use in the opening scenes of 'Saving Private Ryan'. From the beach, you can enjoy horse riding along the shore, body boarding, or salmon and trout fishing in the sea. The area has many fantastic golf courses, and for a great day out, a trip to the Saltee Islands is a must. Close by are the towns of Cahore and Courtown with their lovely harbours and the towns of Gorey and Blackwater are less than 30 minutes away by car.
