The great south western location of Landrake offers a great deal for the whole family. If you love the outdoors, there are some lovely walks along the banks of the estuarine waters that run from St German’s to the sea, with plentiful wildlife around to spot, and pretty sea and riverside villages are also close by. The picturesque village of Landrake is surrounded by open fields and is the perfect base from which to discover this unspoiled region. Wander along the stunning coastal path of Rame Head, which meanders to the sandy beaches of nearby Downderry and Seaton, then on to the fishing port of Looe. The buzzing, maritime city of Plymouth, the splendid golf at St Mellion and the lovely villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are all close to Landrake, offering a varied and enjoyable holiday at any time of year.
